To register for the IELTS exam or use our platform:

3. Service Availability

IELTS24 operates at multiple venues. However, availability of test dates, locations, and exam formats (IELTS Academic or General Training) may vary. While we strive to ensure that all information is accurate, we cannot guarantee the availability of your preferred test location or date.

4. Registration and Payment

  • By registering for an exam, you agree to pay the applicable exam fees.
  • Exam fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified under our cancellation or rescheduling policies.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed using AWS Payment Services. By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions of AWS Payment Services. All transactions are subject to the privacy policies and terms of AWS.
    • You authorize us to collect and store your payment details through AWS Payment Services, which adheres to strict security protocols (PCI DSS compliance) to ensure the protection of your financial data.
    • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other methods specified at the time of checkout. IELTS24 reserves the right to modify payment methods at any time.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Failure to provide correct payment information may result in the cancellation of your registration.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Test takers may cancel or reschedule their test, subject to the policies of the testing venue and applicable cancellation fees.
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted through our contact form or via email. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy, where applicable.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability, and additional fees may apply.
  • Refunds for payments made through AWS Payment Services will be processed in accordance with AWS refund policies. Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

6. Test Day Requirements

You are responsible for:

  • Arriving at the test venue on time with the required identification documents.
  • Complying with the rules and regulations of the IELTS exam, which will be provided during registration and on test day. Failure to comply may result in being denied entry or disqualification from the exam.

7. User Conduct

By using IELTS24, you agree to:

  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
  • Not engage in any fraudulent activity, including misrepresenting information during registration.
  • Not attempt to breach security, disrupt service, or engage in any harmful conduct related to the website.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oman.
